Rest had been in the process of developing their first mobile app to drive engagement and increase retention amongst it’s traditionally younger disengaged member base.

The Approach

The Approach

The project began by conducting a UX Product Development Workshop to define the project’s goals, understand the needs of it’s target users, and validate all assumptions through rounds of user testing.

Following this, we started on their rebrand with the help from their advertising agency ‘Principals’. We worked together on designing an innovative, dynamic UI brand which represents their contemporary target audience.

Our mission was to offer the best possible experience for Rest’s members, moving beyond the traditional low engagement modal offered by other super providers. In an industry first Rest integrated with the AIA Vitality program, members can now track their fitness, be reminded of important health checks and keep motivated with rewards and benefits for being happy and healthy.

Combine my Super

Combine my Super

To keep ahead we are constantly improving and innovating the Rest Super app, one of the latest features was called ‘Combine my Super’. This free service allows users to combine numerous super accounts into one Rest super account, saving them money on multiple fees.

Results

The final product is an app that has set a new benchmark in the superannuation space. Providing a seamless anywhere member interaction for Rest customers.
