UX Workshop Process

UX Workshop Process

Property Co wanted to investigate why potential customers weren’t engaging with their online home management portal. The original brief consisted of looking at one purchase funnel flow within the site, after we started talking, testing and engaging with users we found this was a completely different story and the project advanced to target the whole site starting with the homepage.

After receiving the brands analytics, market research and personas we started with hosting UX Workshops with the client to discover the pain points.

We hosted 3 UX Workshops with the client, these meetings included employees throughout the business that understood and dealt with their customers on a day to day basis. From these workshops we wanted to capture the following:

Stage 1
Empathise and Learn: Observation, Conversation, Immersion Data

Stage 2
Define: Mission/purpose statement, User stories

Stage 3
Ideate: Brainstorm, Workshop, Vision boards, Personas, Scenarios, User flows

After the workshops we consolidated the findings into a IA sitemap and started wireframing the flow. To validate our designs we created a fully functioning prototype to prepare it for testing, we interviewed people that matched Property Co target audience to gather the relevant feedback.

Our next steps were amending the wireframes based on what we discovered in testing.

UI Design

UI Design

Property Co were dealing with a huge transition within the business around their brand presence. They needed to gain trust back with their users with a fresh new style that appealed to their target market.

We pitched a clean, contemporary UI design to spark excitement with stakeholders about their future brand.
